Yes, I ride a fixie. My last one I just had a front break. Something like 90% of your breaking power comes from the front break, so it's really all you need as long as you know how to use it with out going over your bars.
I never really used my break, but it really doesn't add that much weight to the bike and it can totally save your life in some situations.
I wouldn't recommend learning fixed gear in traffic, you're probably going to instinctively try to coast and get bucked off at least a couple times. I'd say learn on side walks and side roads and then when you are comfortable take it in traffic. Once you get the hang of it you'll feel a lot more in control of your bike when you're riding in and out of traffic. I feel like I have more control anyways.
Have fun, post some pictures when it's build!

yea they seem to be a good compound the side knbos are prety soft and the middle grip is a bit stiffer so thats a sign of a good tire, they also dont stick to mud last weak i wrode my local resort and it was so muddy evryones tires were covered i mud and mine there was no dirt stuck to them so they always have full traction and the whitewall is so sick.not sure where you can get them or how much they are someone gave them to me for free. they are tubless aswell.

i might get one next season. Im having alot of trouble decieding what back shock to use. I wanna run a air but i cant find a FOX DHX air 5.0 at 5inchs. Any other air shocks that might work? Oh and i might be running a fox float so somthing that would work good with that.

I go to a high school. I would know to imagine a right bike to be under myself, but in this direction I have money. I do not have bill, I do not have a rear spring, this is. but the p3 an good frame, and may be good on hill with that
